Our Basic Shell Package is designed for people who are interested in getting the exterior of their home started and then progressing with the project as time and money permit. Every home starts with a plan and every great home starts with a great set of plans. When you purchase your engineered Basic Shell Package from Golden Eagle Log Homes you will receive 8 sets of professionally drawn code compliant plans. Our plans are builder friendly and are complete with exterior elevations, floor plans and framing layouts. As a bonus all plans come with custom drawn assembly illustrations, details and advice that will make your home assembly and building experience easier. With your package purchase you and your crew are eligible for free individualized log builder training. This training course is customized to the home or cabin you are about to build. Below is a list of what comes with our engineered Basic Shell Package.
